The home is a double storey 3 bedroom. Both upstairs rooms have balconies. There is quite a large living room area. I am close walking distance to Bay St, the light rail (stop 128) and the beach. Shopping is a 600 metre walk. City is 10 minutes away by tram.
I have lived on my own for the past three years, and looking for someone to move in.
