Featuring an open plan living/dining room with split system heating/cooling, contemporary fully equipped kitchen with stone bench top, stainless steel appliances including gas cooking, microwave, oven, air fryer, juicer, grill and dishwasher.
The bathroom, kitchen, living areas, dining area, modern bathroom with a european laundry and balcony are communal and shared between us.
There are two large sofas in the lounge for relaxing and watching TV, reading, listening to music, meditating or playing with the dog.
The unit is warm and welcoming, it is homey and cozy, it would suit people who want to chill, unwind, play board games, cook amazing food, chat, read books or meditate.
The balcony is lovely with settees, chairs and glorious sunset views of the ocean and the city. Great spot to unwind after work and chill at weekends. I have started a new Garden Bed to plant veggies and herbs.
There is a beautiful large courtyard for residents in the building and you also have unlimited use of the pool and gym in the building.
The building has 24 hour security, a building manager on site, so it is very safe and private.
There is off street car parking available.

I have a lovely two bedroom unit in Port Melbourne, which was recently renovated, and I am looking to share my lovely, cozy home with a flatmate (or couple).
I work in IT (from home). I recently went travelling on a big adventure for a year to India, Queensland, Canada and the US. I am also currently studying Permaculture and attend classes three days a week. You will have the place to yourself those days, the dog goes to a sitter when I am at Uni.
I have a small cute dog, she is very friendly, doesn't shed, she is very quiet and well behaved. She is 13 years old, so she sleeps a lot. She loves pats, treats and everyone in life.
I have travelled a lot and lived in many countries. I have been in Port Melbourne for 20+ years. I love yoga, meditation, spirituality, travelling, walking my dog, and cooking healthy meals.
