-House is located in Point Cook. 5 minute drive to Williams Landing Station. 3 minute drive to Stockland Shopping Center. 25 minute train ride to the CBD.
-Rent is $250 per week, this includes all bills. Move in costs are 2 weeks rent for bond + 1 weeks rent in advance. ($750)
-Room can come furnished with bed, headboard, bedside table, draws and lamp. Can also come unfurnished if you would prefer. Room has a large build in wardrobe.
-Happy to consider both short and long term.
-You would be sharing with 1 female in their late 20's who works full time in the CBD.
