Centrally located in Point Cook making shops, public transport, and freeway more easily accessible.
This 4 bedroom home is set on a large block with a 50sqm rear deck that overlooks lovely leafy borders surrounding the backyard, making it relaxing and private.
There is a formal lounge/sitting room and an open study at the front end or the house that leads onto a little deck.
Further along the hallway, it opens up to the main living area consisting of a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and all the essentials, meals area and lounge room with a new 65 inch TV that leads out to the large deck and outdoor seating. You also have the use of a washing machine and clothes horses (sorry no dryer).

The length of stay is a minimum of 3 months and the maximum we would agree to is 6 months due to it being a house share arrangement. If the mix is right between the sharers, we would consider extending beyond the 6 month mark, but the other tenant will be leaving in November due to an interstate promotion so we are looking for 1 additional sharer now, possibly 2.
It is our former family home as we now live regionally but may stay from time to time which is why we've set it up as a share arrangement rather than a typical rental.
The best fit would be someone who is easy-going and can have a chat and a laugh. The existing tenant likes a clean and tidy house. He's not imposing on others but it'd be nice to have someone who also values a hygienic and tidy house.
Maturity/reliability, common sense, thoughtfulness, a sense of humour and open communication are probably the most important attributes we're looking for. We want a balance of each household member feeling comfortable in their own home but also being realistic that it's a share house.
Must be employed and have the ability to pay on time. References will be required.
