Parking is not restricted and always available on the street right in front of the house, yay!

The Bell St/ Melville Rd 58 tram is a 10 minute walk. Pascoe Vale station is a 20min walk or a 4 min drive. Sydney Road and all it has to offer is a short 5min drive or a 15 min bus ride. The Tullamarine freeway and DFO are right around the corner. You also have a huge Coles and many other shops only a short drive away.

Hey I’m Holly

I’m 36 and a nurse at a local hospital. My current housemate is moving out and unfortunately I just can’t afford the rent on my own so looking for someone new to fill her room.
Being a nurse means I do shift work so early starts, late finishes and night duty. This means I’m after someone who is mindful and respectful of noise especially as my room is right next to the front door and kitchen/living area.

I am relaxed and friendly but like to keep a quiet tidy house especially as it’s a flat share. I’m not a party person so want our home to be a relaxing place.
Having lived in house shares before with different housemates I am respectful of people’s space, belongings and privacy.
