My current housemate will be moving out by Mid Jan.

I am a working professional and currently work from home for 2 days. I like to keep active & have a well planned routine over the mornings. Usually try and get away with friends on some hikes & walks exploring the countryside over the weekends. You'll find me casual baking, reading & discovering new music genres when I'm at home otherwise. Personally, making time & maintaining cleanliness is an important part of my weekly routine just as all other activities.

I'm always up for chats and discussions on topics, don't mind cooking together or separately, more than happy if you want to be involved in any of the above activities. Looking forward to making friends from this opportunity rather than seeing it as a formal affair of subletting the room.
