There is plenty of room in the bedroom if you wish to add a couch, TV and desk, to create your own sanctuary.

The toilet, laundry and bathroom are conveniently separated and ideally located for a share-house. All major appliances are supplied, such as fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dryer. All kitchen necessities such as pots/pans, plates etc are supplied - simply move in.

Centrally located moments from major thoroughfares such as Springvale Road and the Eastern Freeway ensures fast access to the city and stress-free travel in all directions. There's bus 271, 273 and 902 that takes you to BOXHILL, NUNAWADING AND Airport. There is plenty of free street and onsite car parking available and you are also spoilt for choice on transport options with nearby stations Nunawading and Mitcham approximately 2km walk away or, catch a bus practically from the doorstep (1-2 minute walk) to a station or elsewhere. Blackburn North Shopping Centre and Doncaster (5 minutes’ drive), The Pines, Box Hill, Eastland, Deakin uni, Swinburne, the city, and more are all easily accessible via public transport or car. A cleaner attends the premises monthly free of charge and all other bills are to be shared. We are looking for mature students or professional people, clean and tidy. This is a quiet, clean, very well appointed apartment with everything supplied to make it home. Not suitable for partners, this apartment only design for 3 people's as there a 3 bedroom apartment.
