Our house is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, 2’ drive or 7’ by bus to Waverley Garden Shopping Center, 3’ walk to bus stop 814 which takes you to Springvale Market or Dandenong Town Center, 3’ walk to bus stop 978 which takes you to either Clayton or Dandenong.

We are 5’- 12’ drive to iKea, Springvale, Kmart, Bunnings, Chemist Warehouse. Everything is in close distance.

The house has ducted heating system for your own comfort during winter and air conditioning for summer. It is fully furnished with fridge (you will share a fridge with another housemate), microwave, washing machine, clothes dryer, furniture and cookware. There is also a fan in your room and unlimited wifi.

You will share bathroom and toilet with another housemate.

About the occupants
We are Tam and Long- a married couple in our early 30s. We are both full-time workers: I currently work in IT while my partner works in warehousing. I work fully remote, so you will see me at home quite often.

We both love cooking, trying out new restaurants, traveling, camping, hiking and other outdoor activities.

On the weekend, sometimes we are busy going out for a run, go camping, catching up with friends or grocery shopping for the week after. Some weekends are just quiet with us cleaning the house and meal prepping. We tend to have friends over for dinner sometimes too.

We already have one housemate in the house. He is from HongKong and also very friendly, polite and mindful.

My husband and I are both easy going, friendly, helpful, tidy and organised people and we are hoping to look for a housemate with similar personalities :)

Description of pets
We also have a domestic short hair cat named Rice. He’s very chilled and won’t bother you or anything. He just likes to sleep on the couch or go outside to sunbathe and chase butterflies in the garden.
