Description of the home

Our 3 Bedroom townhouse is fairly new with evaporative air conditioning, NBN unlimited internet and also Foxtel (these and all amenities inclusive in your weekly rental) . It has a low maintenance back yard and the front is facing Donnybrooks Road.

We are 3mins drive to the nearest shopping centre which is Merrifield City that has the Coles Supermarket, Chemist Warehouse, Fruit Shops, Butcher, Barber, Subway, Pizza shop, Kebab and Fish & Chips shops etc. Nearest train station is Craigieburn (approx. 10mins drive from our house) and the Craigieburn Central shopping centre is around 10 to 12mins drive as well. We are in a very nice and quiet suburb with very nice neighbours.

The house is fully furnished with some space in our double garage if you need to store any personal belongings. The available room has a double bed, and couple of wardrobes and also a walk in wardrobe. Right next to the room will be your private toilet and bathroom. The bathroom comes with a shower and a jet-spa bathtub as well (this will not be shared, this will be yours only). Feel free to ask any more questions.

About the occupants
I'm Max, the only occupant who lives and owns this house. I'm in my late 30's and I work in Tullamarine and also run an online export business so I travel for work at times. When I'm home I love to watch sports on TV and movies while cooking. I'm not so much into video games but I do love board games and quiz shows. I play golf every Sunday with my cousins which makes my weekends go very quick as Saturday is for cleaning & laundry etc. I have a 1 year old kitten who does get looked after pretty well and she happens to be the high priority at my place lol
Compatible people
Age, gender, nationality, background etc do not matter at all as long as you are easy to get along with and if you are someone who appreciates a laid back, no stress, happy environment, then this is the place for you. I would prefer a non smoker but if you wish to smoke outside then it is fine by me. The most important trait that I am looking for in the potential flatmate is that he or she has to be an animal lover. I have a 1 year old Kitten called Kitty Rogers (aka Gaga) so you would have to be super comfortable with her being around the house. If you are good with that then feel free to apply.
Description of pets
As mentioned above.. the cat is a 1 year old Ginger named Kitty Rogers. She responds to her nickname which is Gaga. She is very playful and affectionate kitty. You would need to be a cat lover to be a flatmate. If you are not comfortable with cats then please don't apply to save both of us the discussion time and refusal with due respect, thanks.
