I am renting out my second bedroom, located in the heart of Melbourne CBD. It features a cozy living area with comfortable sofas and TV, a spacious balcony with a view overlooking the city. The bedroom is currently furnished with a double-sized bed, office chair and a desk. However there is a fully-equipped kitchen (by yours truly), centralised air conditioning and washing machine. The living room is also furnished by myself with a cozy couch, coffee table and TV. The complex has a pool and gym and good security.

The apartment is located in a prime location above the QV shopping complex, which boasts heaps of great restaurants, shops and amenities. There's also a Woolworths and BigW located within the same complex.

The location is strategic as well - with easy access to public transport at your door step.

2 minutes walk to the Swanston St tram stop (free tram zone)
4 minutes walk to Melbourne Central
6 minutes walk to Emporium/Bourke Street Mall

About the occupants
I'm Owen, 31 and currently work full time as an external auditor in an accounting firm in the city. I work regular hours, although on certain occasions I may work additional hours late due to the nature of my work. During the week I enjoy chilling out at home playing video games. I normally keep to myself but I am always down for the occasional dinner and drinks. I tend to cook on weekends as a prep for the week ahead as well.
