Hey I'm Maurice and I'm at uni studying arts/politics. My place is a fully furnished apartment - just bring your bags. The weekly rent includes all bills (gas/water/electricity/internet). The building is very well maintained and secure, and has a gym, indoor heated pool and spa, a bin chute on the floor, McDonalds and 7-eleven downstairs and a Woolworths supermarket across the road.
Walk or Tram to Deakin, RMIT, The University of Melbourne or Victoria University or direct train (across the road) to Monash out the front door where I go.
