Apartment on the 26th floor (Room A, but if you prefer Room B, it’s available as no one is currently staying there).
Trams 19, 57, 59 are right in front of the building within the free tram zone, one stop away from Melbourne Central, a 5-minute walk to RMIT, a 15-minute walk to UniMelb, 2 minutes on foot to Aldi, and 2 tram stops away from Queen Victoria Market.
Many amenities in the building: Communal kitchen, study hall, cinema room, library, gym, laundry room, etc.
When I move out, I will pay the cleaning fee for Scape, so the room will be as clean as when I first moved in.
Rent: $449 per week (bills included) (I will cover half a month's rent / $898).
Bond: 4 weeks - $1796.
