The apartment has fully furnished loungeroom with reverse cycle air conditioning/heating, sofa, coffee table, high dining table with chairs. Kitchen has all modern appliances: cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans, crockery, and cutlery. Laundry cabinet includes washing machine, dryer and some storage. Current occupier has lots of plants throughout. All windows have two sets of motorised blinds: shading and light blocking. There is a juliette balcony in the lounge room and all rooms have sweeping views from a high floor over the city and surrounding suburbs.

The building has a great location within free tram zone 5 minute walk from Flagstaff Train Station and 10 minute walk from Southern Cross Train Station or Melbourne Central Train Station. Several supermarkets are within walking distance (Coles, Woolworths Metro, Aldi) and so is Queen Victoria Market. The nearest restaurants are in Little Korea area downstairs and there are several food courts within 3 blocks from the building. Despite all the activities in the city the apartment is usually quiet.

Monthly bills (electricity, gas, water, internet) are shared equally between flatmates and paid monthly. The recent monthly bills were about $140 per person.
