I'm a real estate business owner based in Sydney. Although I'm mostly in Sydney, I do travel to Melbourne occasionally and stay in the house overnight. So there is a room reserved for me to use when I travel to Melbourne.
There are only two rooms for rent, and one has taken by a long term nice and friendly housemate. Only last one room is available.
