The apartment is on a quiet street located about 200-300m from McKinnon train station.

There are two bathrooms in the apartment, one attached to the ensuite and another central bathroom. (The ensuite is attached to my bedroom however the second bathroom would be yours)

The apartment is fully furnished and no other furniture is required outside of your bedroom. Unfortunately this means there is no room for other furniture if you are wanting to bring a couch etc.

There isn’t a car space available, however there is off street parking. I am currently awaiting a response from my real estate agent about permit parking (and if it is required).

My name is Michael and I live in the luxurious life of insurance. I work 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday.

I go to the gym a couple of times a week but generally despise physical activity 😅. I do what I can!

I spend most of the week nights at home playing games or going out with friends. I usually go out on weekends but don’t ever host parties.

I generally like to keep the place pretty quiet with the exception of partners or a couple of friends from time to time.

Ideally I would really like to live with someone that would like to become friends rather than live with someone I would consider just a housemate. So if you’re keen on having good times and making friends in your new home, definitely reach out :)
Compatible people
Just be respectful of each other and the property. The landlord and realestate agents are very accommodating.

Cleanliness in the communal areas is a given, but definitely not as strict as I might be coming off as.
Description of pets
I have a little golden retriever pup named Moose. Although he is super friendly, we can’t have more pets at the apartment.
