We’re looking for someone like minded who wants a house-share not just a place where you pay rent, it should be somewhere at the end of a long day you can relax, be yourself and find sanctuary from the outside world. The house is in a fantastic location only a three minute walk from Laverton train station (23min express train to CBD). 10 minutes to Altona beach 🏖️. <15 minute walk to Altona Meadows shopping centre incl. Coles, Aldi, BigW.

The house has near new furnishings, whitegoods and appliances. Your room: (approx 3x3.2m) with large built in robes. Easily accommodates the near new queen bed. Air con unit 🧊. Brand new mattress, quilt & bedding and bedside table. Skylit bathroom has shower over bath, fully equipped laundry has second toilet. Multiple living areas suitable for a home office. About occupants
We’re two random housemates (not a couple) , I’m a government shift worker (half my shifts are in the evening). Not a party person, I spend my spare time with family, keeping fit and playing indoor soccer I love cooking and trying new out new places to eat.

Char is up early mom-Fri and out the door by 6am for work then hitting the gym after work, Weekends are spent with friends, at the beach or just chilling.

Except overnight there would only be one person or no one home most of the time so we don’t think three people will be a crowd.

We’ve both enjoyed house-sharing in the past, equitable effort into keeping the place clean and communication is key. Happy to chat and share cooking 🧑‍🍳 when the planets align, just as important is the respect for each others space and time to themselves.

Eric is a sweet Labrador who is being fostered for at least 12 months until he is big enough to start training to be a Detector dog at the airport. He sleeps and spends a lot of time in the big yard outside and has lots of rules although he loves meeting new people and jumping.
