Private balcony off bedroom with double doors that open for light and fresh air. No couples permitted, due to occupancy limit on lease. Minimum stay of 2 months, room is available for 6 months maximum stay until April 2025. Room can be offered with or without bed, or if you need just the mattress or frame that can be arranged.

Rent can be paid however you prefer, weekly, fortnightly or monthly in advance. Two weeks rent in bond required along with first week/fortnight/month rent before keys will be provided. Bond will be returned after term providing there is no damage to the room, apartment or existing furniture/items.

2 weeks notice to vacate required if before the 6 month mark.
