I have one room at 3.5x4 m, $250 per week.
The house is super quiet, on a large land 800 m2, it has 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets, 2 persons share one bathroom and one toilet, is at Bowen st Kew, about 1 km walking distance to IKEA (Victorian Garden Shopping centre).
Both 48 and 109 trams 100 m away from the house, 15 - 20 mins to CBD.
I am at my early 40s, male, Chinese background, have lived in Australia for 15 years, well-educated, PhD, research scientist in engineering, full-time Monday - Friday.
You will share with me, an Aussie male who is a Chef, a New Zealander male working as a software engineer, a French soccer coach.
I clean the house and mop the floor every week by myself. We are looking for someone who has awareness of share housing etiquette and has general awareness of tidiness and does his/her best to do the part in being keep the house clean, particularly, after cooking and using the bathroom.
