Description of the home
Our house is 10 minutes from Monash University. It is really calm, really bright 2 storey house, with a lovely sunny garden and an homely atmosphere. Everything ( shops, buses , cafes, train ) is easily accessible and we want people to feel at home. The furnished bedroom we rent has its own ensuite , is really independent as well as connected to the common areas ( kitchen, living, garden, laundry). We got 3 cats and would like someone who respect our quiet and neat space.

About the occupants
We’re a warm and friendly French-Australian family of three (plus our adorable cats!) living in a lovely, bright, and spacious house just 15 minutes away by direct bus from Monash University (Clayton campus) and conveniently close to the CBD. We both work, and our 19-year-old son is currently studying at Monash.
As the homeowners, we’ll create a straightforward and legal contract, so you won’t have to worry about any tricky subletting agreements. We’re excited to help you settle in and feel right at home! Our cozy, furnished bedroom comes with its own private toilet and bathroom, and you’ll have access to our shared kitchen, living room, and laundry facilities.
Our garden is a fantastic space to relax and enjoy some fresh air, too! We’d love to meet you beforehand to ensure we’re a good fit for each other. Plus, we can provide references from previous renters who truly enjoyed their time here. We look forward to hearing from you soon!
