2 Rooms (one furnished, one unfurnished) available in Hillside. Master bedroom will be occupied by myself.
As seen in the floorplan this home offers many living areas and a very large kitchen, meals and living space to be enjoyed as well as an inviting outdoor entertaining space. There is ample street parking available if you own a vehicle.
The home is in very close proximity of Watergardens Shopping Center and train station (5min drive) with a new Woolworths being built only 5 min walk down the road.
Of course, there is a basic expectation that you are respectful and maintain clean spaces whilst living here, so please bare this in mind.
