Home Description

Description of the home

*AVAILABLE TO STAY SHORT TERM UNTIL END DECEMBER, OR GO ON THE LEASE/TAKE OVER THE LEASE, START OF JAN 2025 (month-to-month).

This is a lovely freestanding unit, that only has neighbours upstairs.
It is a light, bright and spacious 2 bedroom unit, consisting of: bathroom with bath and shower; separate toilet; separate laundry leading out onto a courtyard; spacious kitchen; double dining and living room and a single garage which is great for storage.
An added bonus is the unit is quite cosy thanks to the ducted heating!
Camberwell train station is a short 10-15 minute walk and Auburn station is about 15-20 minutes away.
The unit is located at the back, far enough away from Barkers Rd to avoid too much traffic noise.

**I am leaving Melbourne at the end of December and have signed the lease until Jan 4th (the lease goes month to month from Jan 5th). The new tenant can therefore stay until December or go on the lease and take over the lease/find a new housemate from Jan 5th).

About the occupants
Hi, I'm Magda, I'm 39 years old and currently working full time.
I work two jobs, one as a naturopath and one in admin/logistics, with both jobs in the inner-city.
I am also doing some post-graduate study in health promotion- so am quite a busy person at the moment!
During the week, I try to fit in some study in the early mornings, go to work and in the evenings I like to relax and usually have an early night. On the weekends I'm often out and about and enjoy doing a big cook up on Sunday for the week.
I love cooking, all topics on health, a good Netflix show or doco and a few shared wines and a meal.
Compatible people
I'm looking for someone who is also neat and tidy and respectful of common shared spaces.
Living in an environmentally-friendly and conscious way is super important to me and would love someone who also shares the same values.
