The apartment is newly furnished with a large north facing window providing great views and good natural light.

Current housemate is moving back to Sydney for a dance contract there is a spare bedroom. There is a queen mattress in there currently which you are welcome to keep if you like. Built in robe with lots of clothes storage space. Preference is for applicants who are looking for a longer term stay.
