- Large terrace house with a great yard and huge living room.
- Great location in Hawthorn - very close to Richmond with a 5 minute walk to Hawthorn train station and 2 minute walk to the 48 tram on Church Street.
- Available room is well lit, front room that it fairly detached from rest of house. Shares wall with another bedroom but have never had noise issues. Third housemate is upstairs.
- Two bathrooms - this room likely shares with another male housemate but open to it if you need your own bathroom.
- We have regular visits from a co-owned, very friendly dog (usually 2-3 nights at a time, most often on weekends).
- Street parking.

About the occupants
Two housemates currently living in the house - both early 30s males (Will & Jake), social but prefer low key & quiet house life as both work full time and have a solid routine otherwise. Both occasionally work from home in our lounge room - where possible, there is a work from home setup available if needed.

Jake also has a partner who comes over occasionally and he is often out of the house - you might find times where you feel like you're living along and others where there is a lot going on!

Description of pets
We have a shared custody dog who stays over occasionally - she is friendly if a bit shy and nervous, but can become your best friend if she gets to know you :)
