I’m going on a four weeks trip and need a responsible adult to stay in my room for that time. There is a chance to extend for another month as one of my housemates is also going away.

We have a courtyard that is evolving into a green veggie garden/chill zone and a verandah out the front for enjoying your morning coffee in the sunshine.

There are three beautiful parks in our street, and the Yarra river trail is 5 mins walk in the other direction.

1 min walk to the 48 tram (15 mins to city), 8 min walk to Hawthorn train station, 15 min walk to Swinburne Uni and Glenferrie Road and also Vic Gardens shopping centre. Melbs uni Burnley campus is also 5 mins by bike or a 20 min stroll along the Yarra.

You will be living with Esma and Thao.
