You will be residing with myself (Leighton) and a friendly, non annoying cat. I have my 14 year old daughter down every couple of weekends and through the holidays. Bearing this in mind a female housmate would be desirable. We are fairly quiet and relaxed household. The whole house will be available for your use with large lounge, dining room, family and an outdoor area. The kitchen is dated but equipped with a good oven and new dishwasher. Laundry there is a new large washing machine. Also 2 fridges are available for use. 1 kitchen/1 laundry.

The house is older but just finished renovating it. New paint throughout. New led downlights. Your ensuite is brand new with dimmable Led lights in your main room and walk in robe. There is new block out blinds and privacy blinds also. Air conditioning for the summer. The room measures 4mtr x 3.1 mtrs with your walk in robe being 2.2 x 1.7. Plenty of storage space!

Looking for $300 a week plus a negotiable amount of bills. Internet, netflix and a couple of other streaming services are included.
