Hi everyone,

Update : We have two room to choose ( Photo of ensuite room to come)

Welcome to anyone to share our lovely home in Glen Iris, bonus free bread or wraps (Michelle works in a food manufacturer)

We are two easygoing females with a good sense of humour seeking a housemate for a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in Glen Iris. The unfurnished room is available from late June.

Option 1 Room with shared bathroom: Rent is $315 per week plus bills, and internet is $29 per month. The bond is two weeks' rent $630. Electricity, water, and gas will be shared equally among all three roommates.

Option 2 Room with own bathroom: Rent is $370 per week plus bills, and internet is $29 per month. The bond is two weeks' rent $740 . Electricity, water, and gas will be shared equally among all three roommates.

The remainder of the house is furnished. Our style is eclectic but comfortable and homey. One room will be available as a guest room for family and friends – this is occasional only. The home is single-level, light, and quite open. The second bathroom would be shared with me. There is external storage, 2 living areas divided by sliding doors, a beautiful private back garden for enjoying a few drinks and unwinding after your nose has been at the grindstone, and a lovely front garden to match. The driveway can probably fit two cars – one behind the other. Off-street parking is available.

Michelle works in occupational health and safety and I (Jane) work in the library sector. Any library folk out there looking for a room? We enjoy gardening, reading, movies, and cooking. Michelle is into movies, cafes with friends and I enjoy writing. My favourite festivals are the Melbourne International Film and the Melbourne Comedy.
