Description of the home
This is a homestay arrangement; I am the owner and am living at the premises with my dog; I am renting out one of the two vacant back bedrooms (second room is currently a storage room and not available); the property is a 2-story residential building in a nice and quiet area. There are three large parks nearby with additional park lands under construction; there is local public transport (a bus stop within a 10 min walk) with a 15 min bus trip to the large Watergardens Shopping Centre and Train station, a train trip to the CBD is around 30-40 mins. There is also a grocery store in walking distance (near the local bus stop). The property has a gym room (with treadmill, mats weights etc), two lounge rooms (one ground floor and one on the second floor), a sitting area, kitchen (with a range of appliances), laundry (with a washing machine), storage areas, garage, a large bathroom for guests, a study and reasonable size backyard with BBQ.
