** About Our Place: **
Our place is a beautiful 4 bedroom house on the edge of Maribrinong and Footscray. It’s a quiet cul-de-sac with a very homely and friendly feel. It's in an ideal location as it's close to everything and has great backyard and plenty of room.
Its very spacious and you are welcome to use all our shared spaces, Kitchen, Bathroom, Living Room and Dining Room.
Your rent will include ALL the bills for Power, Hot and Cold Water, Internet etc.
** What We're Looking For: **
We're looking for some quiet, clean and friendly people to share our home with, You can be business professionals or students or backpackers or retired or anything in-between as long as you keep our house clean (as we do) respect each other and do your fair share around the house, then we'll get along just fine.
Room is available from the 7th of January 2025. You can come inspect it anytime, Just call me on the number in my profile, or message me on Flatmates and you can come inspect it anytime day or night.

Braydan works from home in his room and so is usually around if you'd like a chat but works from his room, so still feels like you've got the place to yourself. Brie is a Full Time Nanny and also studding Cuddle Therapy. We are both very friendly and happy to talk to you as much or as little as you want.
We're not a party people, nor is this a party house, we're very chill, we're often going out and enjoying what Melbourne has to offer, and just as often stay in and watch a movie or just relax. That doesn't mean you can't have fun though. Our last flatmates were like family, we used to do Pizza night every Thursday followed by a board game, and watched Game of Thrones every Monday night. If that's not your thing, no problem, if it is, Join In!
In short, it doesn't matter what age you are, if you're respectful then I promise you we'll get along just fine.
