I’m looking to share my beautiful 2 bed and 2 bath apartment with the right person.

Your bedroom is the master with an ensuite, study nook and stunning views over the city. The room is available with or without a bed.

It is situated only 10 minutes walking from Footscray station and market, and there is also bus stop 216 just outside the building on the main road as well.

Fob access to the pool, gym, sauna, steam room, cinema, yoga room and bbq area of the apartment building.

Absolute musts are non smoking and no pets as I have very bad allergies and asthma so can’t be around either.

You would need to sign onto the bond and lease and be approved by the real estate agent to move in. Rent is paid monthly.

There is street parking available.
