Description of the home

Sharing with 3 women (mid 20s - late 30s, Australian, Colombian and Japanese) and an 18 month-old Groodle named Ludo. Within a 10 minute walk to Newmarket Station, Woolworths, and Flemington Bridge Station, and a 5 minute walk to Trams 59 or 57 and to Flemington Wholefoods (for organic groceries).

Airconditioning in the living room and ducted floor heating throughout the house. Not a party house, we are quiet and respectful. All lead busy lives with work plus study, so home is for study or chill. Preference for people who aren’t out late at night during the week, as our dog will bark to welcome you home which can wake others. Must love dogs! Ludo is gentle, sweet, playful, and loves cuddles and attention :)

I'm Shari, I'm 39 years old and the owner of Ludo the 18 month-old Groodle. I teach English as a second language as well as work as a Mental Health Support Worker. I'm also studying Gestalt psychotherapy. I'm into healthy, conscious eating, yoga and plant medicine. Keen on finding people to help contribute towards making the house more homely and beautiful.
