The room is big enough for a Queen Bed (mine is currently in here with plenty of space). Room is inside the house, with a window looking into the Kitchen, this being said, there is still plenty of light going into the room (the window is opaque). Perfect for someone who works Hospitality or Nights or likes sleep as the room as when the blind down is down it's super dark.

House is in a killer location; in between Brunswick St and Smith St just off Johnston St. Aldi is directly across the street to help those cost of living pressures. Fitzroy Pool and market, gyms and pubs all within walking distance and the Rochester Hotel directly across the road.

It's a 3 Bedroom House, has split system in the living area, 1 Bathroom and a great courtyard that requires minimal upkeep.

The room is a decent size, easily fits a bed, desk, clothing racks/draws. The window of the room looks into the Kitchen but is very quiet.

We are a social household, love going out for a drink and play a game of pool together, but also enjoy our personal space.

He enjoys going to the gym and currently studying his Cert VI in Fitness, so he can give you free gym advice whenever you need. Enjoys spending an entire weekend completing a new video game, reading or going out for drinks with friends. Only knows how to cook with an airfryer.
