Description of the home

It is a three bedroom freestanding brick house with a large yard. It has a spacious living room and large kitchen and a separate laundry. The bathroom has a bath and shower with seperate toilet. There is a third room which I use as a study plus an another room that I’m currently using as workout space and projector room, but open to suggestions as to making it into something else. It also has a shed for storing extra belongings.

I have a large rescue dog that is timid and anxious, so a love for dogs is a must. Once he gets to know you, you will be blessed to discover the warm hearted, playful bundle of joy that he is. He is very independent, so doesn't need a lot of your attention, but does like to be part of the pack. He has access to the whole house (not your bedroom, if that's what you would prefer). The only place he's not allowed is the couch.

Bills and expenses

Spilt electric, gas and water bills. I don't expect you to pay for streaming services. Cleaning will be done between the two of us. I will also pay for interent as I would be paying this anyway.

My name is Georgia and I'm 45 years old. I've decided to get a housemate to have some company and share the rent which has recently increased. I work full time for a landscaping company which means early starts. I'm passionate about being sustainable, love going to Hot Pilates and hanging out with my dog. Description of pets
Archer is Maremma Sheepdog x Great Pyrenees. He is a 6 year old rescue that I've had for around five years. He's had his issues, (eg. I cannot get him the car) but has come a long way. To strangers he's timid and aloof but to the ones he knows and loves, he is friendly and charming. Maremma Sheepdog & Great Pyrenees are independent, so he loves to spend time to himself and doesn't like being bombarded with affection (although he does a good job at putting up with my constant overly enthusiastic cuddles). Archer is pretty good at telling you what he wants and being the breed that he is, likes to protect the house so he does tend to bark from time to time but will listen when you tell him to stop. He does like being part of the pack, so he access to all areas of the house. If you would prefer him not to go into your bedroom, that's perfectly fine. We can teach him that that's off limits. You will have to be patient with him at first, as will be scared and anxious. If you give him your understanding and kindness, it won't be long till he lets you in his small circle of trust.
