Situated in between Glenhuntly Rd and Glen Eira Rd so close to the many shops, cafes and train stations of both Ripponlea and Elsternwick. Coles and the 67 Tram are nearby on Glenhuntly Rd.
The apartment is fairly generous for a 2 bed, with an entry, toilet and laundry both separate from the bathroom, and a dining/kitchen separate from the living area. A balcony off the living area. Ducted central heating. No aircon but as a lower apartment have only had to bring out a fan for a week or two during the hotter months.
My current flatmate is taking all their furniture, so if you have some living room pieces and/or a fridge/freezer, would be great, otherwise I will be looking for a fridge asap.
Bathroom is shared.
Have a washing machine and dryer.
You will need to provide bond ($869) and apply for lease transfer with the Real Estate Agent.
