Warm and sunny, 2 bedroom townhouse in East Melbourne. High standard of furniture and interior design. External views outlook towards city and North. Lush (sun drenched) communal living and outdoors areas, timber floors. I like plants, so a lot of greenery inside.

This place has a great feel to it. The pics really don't do it justice. I would suggest coming over for a tea or wine/beer etc... to have a chat and see why I rate it so highly.

This place is fully furnished. The bedroom is not, but i do have a basic double bed and some furniture. The upstairs bathroom is situated between both rooms. But can work easily as there is powder room downstairs too.

My room is a mezzanine, I have thick curtains for privacy, but there is a limit to the amount of noise that can occur between midnight and 6am weekdays. Also, cooking is obviously fine, but the place would not really suit someone who cooks a lot of strong smelling dishes like curries or fried food on a regular basis.

Very short walk to Collingwood, Fitzroy, Richmond, Abbotsford and direct tram to CBD and SouthBank, Close to MCG, Melbourne Parks and River. Very accessible to South Yarra/Prahan via bus.

Bills and expenses

Electricity is about $150 each per month during winter. No water bills. Unlimited NBN is $35 pcm. I'd like to get a cleaner in per fortnight which will be approx $50 each, but we can start off without if you feel you are a decent cleaner. Will need to sort out visitor parking permit, but there is OSP.
