Description of the home
This two-story English-revival tapestry brick house, affectionately known as Toad Hall, is a glorious example of the kind of quality build that Eaglemont is famous for. Cool in summer and ducted gas central heating keeps the place cozy during winter.
Bedroom is downstairs.
Easy PT options on the Hurstbridge Line.
Share house with three others, working in IT, retail accounting and media. Clean, communicative, respectful.
Walking distance to supermarkets, shops and cafés in both Ivanhoe and Heidelberg.
The downstairs bedroom has a wooden wooden floor.
We are open to applications from people of all ages and persuasions. Our only stipulations are that we are only considering non-smokers and singles. We are a "zero drama" household, so we’re looking for people who pull their weight and appreciate direct communication on any matters that arise.
Please feel free to write or call to arrange a time to meet.

Bills and expenses
In addition to the rent, we each chip in $140 a month into the rent account to cover auto-payment of all bills (including unlimited broadband internet), toilet paper and other shared essentials. No bills on the fridge! We have found that things run smoothly this way, and help to maintain harmony.
