Looking for a female housemate who is currently studying or working from home to assist me with my in home physiotherapy program in exchange for no rent just $100 per week towards utilities. Very modern large townhouse, quiet , upstairs has two bathrooms, so you will likely have one bathroom to yourself most of the time. 6 months stay, trial welcome. Happy to share food. Please note the most important aspect of this offer is to discuss my physiotherapy program and the small amount of help I need approximately one hour a day but it can be at unpredictable times that’s why I’m looking for somebody who is usually home most of the time anyway and they can save on rent. 🙂 unemployed or disability benefit recipients welcome

I’m currently recovering from a car accident and I’m home all the time but I’m resting a lot in my room and I’m only up 2 to 4 hours per day. My husband works long hours Monday to Friday and isn’t home much on the weekends. It’s a very quiet household
My background is in social services. I have a honours degree in disability studies.
There are two living areas. you will have use of the ground floor living room with TV. the upstairs TV area my husband uses every evening after around 6 pm but during the day it’s free to use.. I can’t sit on couches at the moment, so I’m mostly in my bedroom.
The bedroom currently has a desk, king single with underneath storage and smart tv. Included if preferred
