Description of the home

Its a great place to call home, this 24th floor apartment has lots to offer. With water front views over looking the Docklands Harbour, along with a coast line view of Port Melbourne, St Kilda area.

The apartment is conveniently located; 5 minutes walk from Southern Cross Train Station, the 70 and 86 trams stop are located directly outside the building and the city is easily accessible via a short bike ride. Around the area is both Coles and Woolworths along with access to fresh produce from the Victoria Market.

The apartment is 100m from Ethihad Stadium, a quick and convenient 200m walk from Southern Cross Train Station, a 10-15 minute bike ride from Melbourne CBD/ Carlton areas.

The airport is just 20 minutes away, Victoria market a short walk or even a shorter bike ride for all your fresh fruit, vedge and meat. The big banks are located across the road including ANZ and NAB, so if you work there I see this as the perfect place to live. Also if you are a university student like me Melbourne University, RMIT and some Monash campuses are just a 15 minute bike ride away.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living area gives a warm and inviting atmosphere with air conditioning/ heating, TV, couches, bean bags and a dining table. The kitchen is fully contained with everything you need to make a good meal.
