-Located directly opposite Deer Park station (about a 100m walk), and a quick 15-minute train ride to the City with frequent services.
-5min walk to Derrimut Village shopping strip, gym and other facilities
-Fully furnished with all essentials, including a large fridge, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, dryer, ducted heating and air conditioning.
-2x 10sqm rooms come furnished with double beds (but can remove if required).
-You will share a private bathroom with one other person.
-Rent covers electricity and high-speed internet; gas and water costs are split evenly.
-Professional cleaning of common areas every two weeks, with cleaning costs shared equally among housemates.
-You will be living with 1 other person (total 3 in the house including myself)
