3 bedroom 2 bathroom house with a very spacious deck, 2 large living areas, open fire place, plenty of off street parking with a free space in the garage for your car. Its a big house, and you can feel free to consider one of the living areas your own. Also has Ducted heating and air conditioning.

All rooms are located at opposite ends of the house so even though all rooms will be rented there is still a good sense of privacy.

The house is currently occupied by myself and my mate Trent. The room for rent has very large built in wardrobe & ceiling fan. The bathroom would be shared between yourself and Trent, as there is an ensuite in the main bedroom.

A bit about myself. I work in finance while also completing my masters degree. I love a beer and a BBQ on the weekends and also try to get outside and to the gym as much as I can. We generally have a few friends over for a BBQ every few weeks which would be great if you liked getting involved in - but obviously no pressure.
