Hey everyone, I have a room for rent in my large 3 bed room house, in Cranbourne east, $330 per week not including bills or $400 per week including bills,

you will have your own bathroom, toilet and be up the other end of the house to where my room is so you will have all the privacy you need.

I am a 25 year old, I work long hours and am out of the house 80% of the time, I love the gym, I’m clean and tidy and respect peoples privacy. Looking for a like minded person.

On 600+ squares of land so has plenty of backyard and entertaining area
2 x large living areas, so you could have your own space, one is an entertaining area with a pool table

You don’t need to bring a thing if you don’t want to the house is fully set up and ready to go
