The House: Classic two-story Victorian townhouse in the heart of Collingwood. This house is in a row of town houses from the same era and is on a pretty quiet street. The house has a seperate living, kitchen, and dining room space which is hard to come by now days. Place comes with aircon, dishwasher, and a washing machine. I've attached a floor plan to get a good feel for the space, but all the rooms in the property are nice and big. The avalible bedroom does have some "art" on the wall, I've attached a photo. Ive asked the agent about it, she doesn't know what the deal it but told me I'm not allowed go touch it, so we're stuck with it I guess.
