Description of the home

Hello everyone!

Our housemate has recently become a dad and is moving out. So, we have a lovely east facing room which gets lovely morning sun through french double doors that open into a cute back courtyard. It is well lit throughout the day, nice and spacious, has built in wardrobes and heating.

The house is pretty decently sized, well set out kitchen, nice freshly painted lounge room that also has double doors that open into the front courtyard. The front courtyard gets plenty of sun and is private. It also has a massive jasmine bush that blossoms twice a year and smells incredible. Great sized bathroom with the toilet being separate. All the rooms in the house don’t have any hjoining walls making it a pretty quiet house.

You’ll be living with two legends. First is me (Simon). I’m easy going and have a passion for cooking and climbing. During the day I am a contract administrator. At night I’m generally at the gym getting a pump on or climbing walls. I also enjoy going camping and going for a ride on my motorbike.

The other housemate is Joel a 22 year old computer science student UoM, I work part time as a Junior AI developer for an advertising company and am the president of the UoM boxing club. I also love gaming and keeping it real.

I’m looking for other open minded people who enjoy being social and going for a drink or dinner. However, I do respect peoples privacy and alone time. The place has a nice chill vibe. I’m looking for housemates who are mature, clean and considerate.

Now for the boring bits. Rent $287 per week and the bond is $1148. Bills are roughly $100(summer) - $150(winter) a month. That includes gas, electricity, water and internet.
