Description of the home
A quaint cosy double fronted cottage house just off Smith St. It takes a couple of minutes to walk to the tram stop which takes you into the city, a 10-15min tram ride, or in the opposite direction to Bundoora.
The room is spacious (3.7 x 3.4m-not including the wardrobe). It has a big wall to wall built-in robe which walks you into the ensuite shower and vanity. It has a comfy queen size bed, side tables and lamps, and a wall heater. The window looks into the side of the backyard.
The living area is open plan with glass bi-fold doors looking onto the large, light filled decked courtyard.
