Description of the home

Looking for someone to share my laid-back home. You'll also be sharing the space with my friendly dog and cat. They're a great balance between enjoying some affection and relaxing in their favourite spots around the house.
The Room:
It can come either furnished or unfurnished, depending on your needs.
3m x3.5m with ample built-in robes and a split air conditioner- sooo good in Melbournes run of 40-degree summer days.
You'll have your own bathroom, which includes a bath

Location:
5-minute walk to the Number 19 tram and a 15-minute walk to the Upfield train line.
Close to Sydney Road for vibrant shopping, restaurants, and bars.
A few minutes from Pentridge Shopping Complex and the beautiful Merri Creek for nature walks and downtime.

Vibe: It's not really a party house — more into relaxed hangs, dinner parties, backyard picnics and occasional housemate dinners with wine kinda vibe.
About me: I'm starting a business as a naturopath and myotherapist and working in another clinic- all of which keeps me pretty busy. In my downtime, I enjoy chilling with friends, checking out live gigs, walking my hound, and hiking in pretty places.
About You: Friendly, considerate, ideally in your 30- 40 somethings, and someone who enjoys the balance of occasional communal dinners and personal space. If you take pride in keeping our home nice and are a green thumb, that’s a huge bonus
The house is fully furnished
Bills: Not included in rent- all bills split evenly
No couples or pets-- sorry
Short-term stays two- months + welcome.
