Hi, I'm Rachel. I bought the house and land package off the plan with metricon home solutions in 2015. The house was built in 2016/17 and I moved in to the new build on March 2017. I rented my house out in 2023 while I went to NZ to look after my Elderly parents. I returned to resume teaching in the area and pay my mortgage.
