Due to relocation, a room has now become vacant for rent in our brand new townhouse!
Room available is located on the
2nd floor. Includes built in wardrobes and split air conditioning system. You will also have access to your own personal bathroom/toilet.
Our house is currently occupied by 3 hardworking and friendly individuals (2 males and 1 female). We are looking for an easy going, friendly, neat and reliable person to join our household. Preferably a female to even out the numbers! 😂
Pricing is $320 per week which also includes bills. And a $500 bond which is payable upon moving in.
