I have no pets though I am an animal lover and am open to applicants who do. I am a respectful individual who likes to be social but I rarely host anything at the house other than the occasional catch up with friends in the summer and spring.
At the time of this posting my intentions are to stay at this address for the ongoing future.

Respectful of property and personal space. I'm pretty laid back on most things but I do ask for equal ownership in taking care of the property in regards to housework and keeping up of the outside areas, as mentioned there's a lot of fruit trees and largish garden area, so in spring and autumn there can be a bit of yard work required to keep the place in order, nothing major, just a mow and some raking (or leaf blower) of leaves from time to time.
