Room can fit a King Bed, TV and has both in-built wardrobe and storage. Views of Victoria Golf Club 3rd Hole, ceiling fan for summer, during winter the lounge room heater can be left on to warm up bedroom, but house stays relatively warm without.
Private bathroom next to bedroom; shower, toilet & basin. Rest of house is fully furnished.

The apartment (minus bedroom) is fully furnished. The apartment is on the second floor (no elevator) and was built in 2016, so quite a new build.
There is a security door downstairs with intercom into the apartment. Additional storage in the garage for bikes, camping gear etc.
Southland is a 10-minute walk from the house, and the closest train station is Cheltenham station (15-minute walk), there is also a bus at the end of the street (bus 822).

My name is Tim, I am 31 years old and have lived around Cheltenham/Black Rock for the past 8 years.
I am very work orientated, being a Sales Manager for a company around the corner in Braeside. When I am not at work I will either be at yoga or CrossFit (both local) or going for cold dips in the ocean.
Weekends are either spent out of the house socialising with friends, going on sporadic road trips or spending some time at home.
I do travel for work, so spend some weeks abroad.
Compatible people
I enjoy a clean house, but definitely not to the level of being a clean freak. I do enjoy a social event on a weekend and occasionally a weekday, but not looking for a housemate that brings the party back home all the time.
