1 months notice on vacating has to be given on the 1st of any given month, not half way through the month. That’s so that a clean month can be from the 1st to the 30/31st so the next housemate can move in next. A smooth transition for both parties. Terms and Conditions leaflet will be given and we can go through that together.
I’m a smoker and smoke outside on the balcony adjoining this room, so a person that doesn’t have a problem with this is prefered.
Home Description
Description of the home
The apartment is bright & sunny in summer, & warm in winter. I have a balcony which has a great view of St Kilda in the distance. Nice medium sized room. Floorboards throughout, quiet complex of 4, definitely worth a look!!
Have modern kitchen appliances & furniture, coffee machine and no dishwasher unfortunately. Very adamant on keeping the communal areas tidy at all times!! ie, washed dishes/put away dishes/cleaning up after yourself & rubbish out daily. Friendly neighbours.
Theres a tram stop literally on the door step that goes down to Chapel st, St Kilda rd & straight into the city. Armadale Train Station is an 8 minute walk away.

I work weekdays as a Head Chef and i'm up early and need to be in the shower in the morning at a set time .
I enjoy the odd night out for drinks/dinner. Don’t really socialize at home of late due to Covid.
Very quiet and peaceful household.
I respect my housemates privacy and communicate effectively to have a harmonious apartment. Ideally looking for a student or quiet individual. Looking for a long term tenant, not short term.2 years plus.
Looking for more of a professional person. Ideally looking for a student but flexible
Please be open to discussing something that may irritate you/I will do the same, it's always good to talk about things openly. I have lived here for many years and everything has it's order and place,so all i ask is to respect the apartment and you will get respect in return.
