Tram 67 right in front of the place and only 7 minutes to Elsternwick station which is on the Sandringham line
Glen Huntly rd, Caulfield is a great place to live with lots of shops, parks, beach, restaurants and bars, within walking distance to Elsternwick, Elwood shops, Acland St, St Kilda and Carlisle St.
The place is furnished with couch, TV, fridge, electric stove, washer, dryer and a queen bed mattress in the spare room.
We also have a big balcony with a nice views.
